Returns and Exchanges

When it comes to returns & exchanges, we've got the process down to a science. Here's what you need to know:

Exchange Requests: Initiate any exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Before sending anything back, please follow this link to have your request reviewed and approved: http://supportaftershiptd.returnscenter.com

Note: Exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.

Reasons for Returns:

Sizing Adjustment: If you require a different size, send us an email with your Order #, the size you ordered, and the size you would like to exchange for. Please be aware that we only offer size exchanges; no refunds are issued for size discrepancies

Incorrect Item Delivered: Should you receive the wrong item, kindly send a photograph of the incorrect product to Support@la-belle-forme.com. Our team will promptly address the matter

Damaged or Faulty Item: Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please email Support@la-belle-forme.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence. We'll dispatch a replacement free of charge upon verification.

Pattern Variations: Understand that minor shifts in pattern placement might occur based on the size ordered. Returns will not be accepted for negligible pattern discrepancies or alignment deviations at seams.

Non-Acceptance of Returns or Exchanges:

Pre-Approval Required: To ensure a seamless process, all return requests must be reviewed and approved via email prior to returning the product.

"Change of Heart" Returns: Due to our print-on-demand model, returns for design changes or refunds resulting from a change of preference cannot be accommodated. We encourage careful selection as returns are not applicable in these cases.

Altered, Worn, or Washed Items: Returns or exchanges will not be processed for items that have been altered, worn, or washed.

Defective Outside Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition, unless the defect is attributable to our end.

Previous Exchange Replacement: Items resulting from a prior exchange are ineligible for further returns or exchanges.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Intact Original Tags: Please ensure the product retains its original tags for processing.
