Delivery:

When will I get my order? Usually, it takes 5–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–7 business days

Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@la-belle-forme.com with your order number.

Orders:

How are your products made? We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Returns 

Exchange Requests: Initiate any exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Before sending anything back, please send us an email requesting an exchange.

Note: Exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.

Reasons for Returns:

What if I ordered the incorrect size? If you require a different size, send us an email with your Order #, the size you ordered, and the size you would like to exchange for. Please be aware that we only offer size exchanges; no refunds are issued for size discrepancies

What if I received the incorrect product? Should you receive the wrong item, kindly send a photograph of the incorrect product to Support@la-belle-forme.com. Our team will promptly address the matter

What if I received a damaged product? Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please email Support@la-belle-forme.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence. We'll dispatch a replacement free of charge upon verification.

Why does the pattern on my legging doesn't look exactly like the photo? Understand that minor shifts in pattern placement might occur based on the size ordered. Returns will not be accepted for negligible pattern discrepancies or alignment deviations at seams.

 

What if I changed my mind and no longer want the product? Due to our print-on-demand model, returns for design changes or refunds resulting from a change of preference cannot be accommodated. We encourage careful selection as returns are not applicable in these cases.
